VENUE
Casa Convalescència is a historic and architecturally significant venue located within the former Hospital de Sant Pau complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Originally designed as a recovery space for hospital patients, it has been carefully restored and now serves as a prestigious setting for conferences, academic events, and institutional gatherings. Its combination of modern facilities and striking modernist design makes it a unique venue that reflects Barcelona’s cultural and intellectual heritage while hosting international meetings and seminars.
Casa Convalescència is well connected by public transport. The nearest metro station is Sant Pau | Dos de Maig on Line L5, just a short walk from the venue, providing easy access to central Barcelona.
Several bus lines, including H8, 19, and 47, operate nearby along Avinguda Gaudí and surrounding streets, making travel from different parts of the city convenient.
