This event is open to ICCA members, Observers, Students, and Association executives of any age

How much is the registration fee and what does it cover?

Please find an overview of the registration information and fees here. The registration fee covers your participation for the duration of the Event, including any social programmes.  

How can I pay my registration fee?

Payment of the registration fee can be made by credit card or debit card. If you have any questions, please contact the ICCA Events Team at registration@iccaworld.org before registering.  

Is it possible to cancel my registration?

All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Please check here for our Terms and Conditions.

Do I need a Visa to travel to Barcelona?

Citizens of EU and EFTA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland) member states do not require a visa to enter Spain. Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. For further details about Visa applications, please consult your local Spanish embassy or consulate.
